We have stayed at the Sheraton a few times now. I think this hotel is starting to show its age, mainly in the rooms and hallways.

Overall, everything was nice. Checkin was the quickest I have ever experienced, 2 minutes and we were on our way to our room.

The two biggest problems are:
1. The tile around the pool area is extremely slippery. ...

I came to the Sheraton for a conference. I had a confirmation number for a room. When I arrived, I found I had no room. They had given my room away because a guest from the previous night had decided to stay longer. The hotel shuttled me back and forth to another hotel 45 minutes away. I can't review the rooms because, unfortunately, I didn't get one.

I did not like being so high up in the building, otherwise it was good. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I give it an A.

Everyone was so nice and most important very polite to there customers. the room service was very nice and they did a great job in our room and they would take care of us very well. We left very satisfied from there. Thank you very much...

Location was great. Everything was perfect. Loved being close to Southdale and other nice upside shopping centers. It also is very nicely remodeled now.

very nice and clean! Ok service but not the greatest. Rooms were great, beds were not bad either. Pool and hot tub were great as well. I would reccomend a visit.

i like the cleanliness of the my own room as well as the facilities such as the restaurants, the front desk, and the lounge.

i like the service. they are very prompt especially breakfast in bed.

there are few things that they could improve
1) have vendor machine in every floor instead of every certain floor has a vending machine. 2)the movie rental is too expensive
3) the price of the hotel is pretty expensive

Love the view and the location was easy to get too. Very family friendly alots of great helpful staff. Clean rooms, and lots of chancels on the tv.

The best place to be I think. I mean, their suites are amazing! Plus there is the breakfast buffett in the morning. The service was great also. They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
