The lobby was beautiful.I did like it that was close to fast food restaurents and had a shuttle service for the Mall.Dislikes were the pool and hot tub.To me they were a joke. The hot tub didn't have much of a circulation and the pool it self had no steps.Just a ladder. Hard to believe that you had to pay $3.95 for water in your room. Other places I have stayed give it to you.
If I hadn't received a very cheap rate I wouldn't have stayed after checking in. The hotel is extremely old and dated - it looks like it hasn't been renovated in a very long time. It's missing flat screen TV's and The Link with free internet like other Sheraton's have. It was dirty, with the same debris in the hallway and ...
This was our 4th annual stay for a conference. We always look forward to and enjoy a very comfortable stay. Easy to get to. No problems traveling with our small dog. We have found the staff quite pleasant and helpful.
If your coming for a huge conference, there is overflow parking across the street. Several restaurants in easy walking ...

Won't Go Back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/02/08
We stayed at a neighbouring hotel and had to book a room here for our last night in Minnestoa. The staff that we encountered were cold and unfriendly and really made the stay gloomy and uncomfortable overall. We will NOT ever support this hotel again. The decor was dated but tolerable but we really don't know why every person we had to deal ...

Beds are comfortable!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/08
We were in town for a conference, we stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. On the positive, the beds are very comfortable but small for being queen size. Loved the idea of the several pillows on the bed, making it even more comfortable. The room was nice size for having 4 people staying in it. On the negative, there was no type of air circulation in ...
I would expect more from the name Sheraton. The only decent about this Bloomington Sheraton is the king-size bed. Everything else is just normal or dated. I would not come back to this location. The experience I drew from this hotel is to choose at a newly built hotel over a dated brand-name hotel in the future.

Clean room bad service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/22/07
I stayed there just recently for the minneapolis gift mart show in aug 07. The rooms were clean but small. There was no fridge or microwave, you have to pay for internet, they charge you for the paper they leave at your door and the bottled water is $4 bucks a bottle in your room - i could deal with all that. The meeting areas were nice though. ...

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/19/07
The Sheraton Bloomington has outstanding customer service from every employee I encountered. They were very accommodating, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
I like the service. Room were very clean and beautiful view from 11th floor. Shettle service was very helpful, which release the tension of driving and getting lost. I loved the lounge and wating area.

Great Beds
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/16/06
The hotel lobby and common areas are Beautiful! The staff is quite friendly, everything was nice and clean and the beds are big and comfortable!
The hotel can be somewhat difficult to get to if you're not paying attention. Also you may want to keep in mind that the hotel is really rather large and if you're not careful where you park or ...
