I love Naniboujou because it is the perfect place to relax. There are no phones in the room or televisions in the rooms or lodge. Winter is beautiful there. You sit in the lovely community room and watch the snow fall and you have the warmth of the fireplace to read or knit or play games. Summer is awesome too as is Spring and Fall.

I loved the Naniboujou Lodge, especialy the Sunday brunch. It is truly an experience you and your family will never forget.I cant wait to return to Minnesota,for the beauty and the colorful people and places.

A couple of things that are challenges... the restaurant is kind of expensive for all meals --but the food is great and the service is pretty good. Also, they don't have king-sized beds and the bathrooms are really small and kind of akward.

First we enjoyed because of it attracts people who like peace and quite and just a good walk in the park across the street. The birds, deer and the Brule River lays a long side, to fish in the spring for salmaon. Winter there just after Christmas is awesome.
