There is nothing "sweet" about this Inn.

I had called the night before to make sure everything was set and when I called I was not pleased with the woman working the phones she answered my questions with the a reply or uh huh and or ya. I was not impressed. Secondly, in mid sentence she cut me off and put me on hold. "i" called back and the manager just apologized.

rooms were generally clean, but the shower smelled like a locker room. Average to low end room decor. The restaurant lobby smelled awful, but the breakfast buffet selections were average.

Although the hotel itself is a nice hotel, the management staff offered very little help when my credit card was charged FOUR TIMES what it was supposed to be!! The issue has yet to be resolved...very unhappy.

EXCELLENT

It was our first visit to the Country Inn in Woodbury. The front desk staff was marvelous, the breakfast yummy, a huge pool for swimming + whirlpool. The restaurant attached (Green Mill) had terrific pizza. We were completely impressed!

service was absolutely poor

We stayed as a baseball team over the weekend, we were promised to be accommadated for everything and the outcome was just the opposite. We had 12 boys and their families with no were to go for lunch time because the pool side was closed for something else and nobody was willing to give us a meeting room or anything to have a meal or place to meet during rainy weather.

Very unsatisfied.
