The location, service and facilities keep me coming back year after year. It has one of the few indoor pools on the island and the front porch is a great place to people watch.

The Island House has the best location by far. Perfect views of the pier. Our only disappointment was the condition of the room. It's clear the hotel has been around a long time. It needs updating from carpeting to decor. The wear and tear is taking its toll on this otherwise nice hotel. Overall we give the hotel a good rating.

Conveniently located across from the ferry. Excellent room and great food. Enjoyed the large front porch with many rocking chairs. Service was outstanding.

This hotel was great. The location was perfect. We stayed in the presidential suite which had windows on all sides. We loved sitting with the windows open, and listening to the clip clop of the horses as they walked up and down the street. The Hotel has everything that a family needs. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. All were very good and very reasonably priced.

We had a beautiful room right on one of the side streets. We could see the people coming and going. The hotel staff was very friendly. We ordered breakfast in our room. The hotel was very close to the fery, which made it very easy to access. I will go back there again in a minute. This hotel is the best location on the island right off the Sheplers ferry docks or Star Line .... It was fun and had a bonus indoor pool and hot tub.... It was very nice ! ENJOYED !! We even took our Bicyles and saved money ...
