Just got back from 2 days at this hotel. Front desk employees were not friendly, sheets were ill-fitting and towel supply skimpy. We requested additional towels and never got them. This hotel is way over-priced and doesn't even have adequate parking. You can hear people walking in rooms above you, and every sound in the hallway. Kids running up and down the halls. Couldn't wait to leave!

The resort was horrible, the people were rude, we found a cockroach in the bathtub, the maid did not clean the room before we arrived and the bed was unmade and had "Stains" on it. I will never vist there again.

We had a very, very serious legitimate complaint. We asked to talk to the manager. The manager has no idea about customer service. She did not care what so ever. She did not even try to make amends, her total attitude was "too bad, but not my problem".
Once they have your money, they do not care. I would never recommend this hotel.

Its awesome. My wife and I stayed in this hotel in march of 08. It's one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Also the people are SUPER friendly. I am planing on staying there again in middle june.

Our family has spend our last two summer vacations at this and it's sister site in Traverse City. They simply are excellent places with great staff. The beach is one to dream of. If you're looking for a great place to relax and be taken care of...these are the places to go.

Everything was excellent except if you're afraid of ghosts. When I stayed there with my friends, something was turning the door knob but there was nobody at the door. Next, the television suddenly shut off but nobody was even holding the remote control and the television wasn't on timer. Lastly, the a/c just suddenly went off. Btw, all these happened in one night.

This hotel was centrally located in Traverse City near everything. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The best thing is the pillow top beds, so comfortable couldn't have slept better if we were home. My only complaint is not necessarily with the resort itself but rather the parents of the 20 kids that were on our floor. Kids ...

Loved it. It was clean and beautiful! REally good deal. Excellent continental breakfast too.
Went with a girlfriend, not my husband and I are going for a romantic gettaway before Christmas.
