This hotel has a pet-friendly policy for well-behaved pooches and a trainer on staff. The day and night staff were friendly and made us all feel at home. The handler was out the week we visited, but the staff came and walked the dog while we were out for the day without hesitation. The rooms were clean and neat, the housekeeping service excellent. ...

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. It felt like you were staying with friends.

I got one of the rooms with 1 queen size bed. The room smelled very musty and mildew, it was very damp and dark. The TV was old and small. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room! I would definitely spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Had a great weekend on the sled. The room was clean and the price was right. I had a problem with my sled when I pulled it off the trailer and the manager had me pull it in their garage and got it running. That could have been a very long drive to turn around and go home. You don't get service like that from your average hotel.

I sure wished I would of read the reviews before We stayed there. It was old, smelly, We called our room the bat cave it was so dark and dreary and very small. I will give the girl named Amber an A++++ she was very nice and very attentive.

We liked the location and cleanliness very much. Overall we enjoyed our visit however the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. For example, the first morning we were there the donuts were so dry I couldn't eat one. Also, the room walls are very thin. We could hear everything our neighbors did or said.
