I liked the beach. There...that's the ONLY think I liked.

No WiFi in the room. Mgr was there until 11:30 trying to get it working and kept saying he couldn't understand why it's out. All of a sudden in the morning it worked but was forever slow!

We asked for housekeeping to not clean that day since we got in so late and wanted towels ...

This hotel had some very poor reviews, but they have really chaqnged in the last few months under new mangement. I dealt with David and he went above and beyond to please me. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. They had new mattresses and new bedding. The carpet was new also. We stayed in the newer building. The room was alittle small but very comfortable. We could walk to the Arnold Ferry to Mackinac Island.

This place is nothing like the pictures online. The room we stayed in looked like an outdated motel room. Even to where you walk out your door to park in front of the door, except for the fact other cars always parked in front of our door so we had to walk all the way across the parking lot. I would not encourage noone to stay at this hotel, the rooms are filty the manager have no care in the world.

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time:

We just stayed at the Quality Inn and will not return! Our room was old, smelled old and looked old. It was very dark and dingy. It was on ground floor and our windows would not shut. Management does not react to a family emergency. Water leaks under bathroom sink, carpet in terrible shape, windows in front missing screens so you cannot enjoy lake breeze. Windows look like they have never been cleaned and outside deck very dirty.
