Fantasic hotel above & beyond service

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for a family reunion and recieved fantastic customer service, the hotel was clean the breakfast was super and the rooms were quiet and very clean! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Great suites. Love the hot breakfast bar, especially when they have the omelets & bacon. Friendly staff.
They have an indoor heated pool & a jacuzi, but I don't think they clean them often or well. Really, they have to work on that!

We made reservations over a month early, held with a credit card for a business trip that was to last 33 days, called to confirm the night before my husband left and they said, "sorry, we gave your room away". We needed a non-smoking room with a frig/microwave and they only had smoking left and put him on a list to get a frig. He stayed ...

- Sluggish Internet Access
- Fair workspace in suite (TV does not swivel and not viewable from desk)
- Nice kitchenette
- Very quiet rooms and overall location

This was about the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at this particular hotel. If you are in the Monroe, Michigan area, I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the pool area, it is an open area rather than an inclosed room. The pool was very big, up to 9ft, most hotel pools that I have been to were not that big or that deep. The kids loved it, they could actually swim not just wade.
