Far from everything and depressing neighborhood. They say they offer shuttle service every 30 mins (:00 and :30) but the minibus was out half of the time. The driver was extremely rude once almost telling me I was annoying to ask for their service (on the due time) because he wanted to take his break.
This Hotel was in a great location!!!! It was inexpensive and very convenient to the Red Line Andrew Stop. The friendly front desk staff gave us a map and easy walking directions to the subway stop. (10 minute walk at most) The continental breakfast was great! More then we expected. Free Parking. We felt safe walking to and from the subway ...
It was my first time in Boston, so I had many questions for the front desk. They answered every one of them. They accepted three packages that i had shipped to the hotel, allowed me to print boarding passes from their office computers and greeted me with a smile each time I walked by.
Our experience was wonderful because of them, and if I return to Boston, I will definately stay there.

The reception staff were excellent and helped in every way to make our stay enjoyable.
The room staff were very through and friendly.
The lady that served breakfast each morning was very friendly and helpful
Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was excellent.

closer to andrew subway red line than maps describe approx 15 min ride to downtown. rooms excelent and reasonable shopping mall nearby neighbourhood no problems staff friendly. if i am planning to stop in boston again it will be here

We stay at this hotel whenever in Boston to visit our daughter. Reasonable price, great breakfast and pretty close to the T. For the money it is well worth it. Prices fluxuate throughout the year from 99- 150 depending on time of year.
we stayed for two nights and three days and our beds were not made and we ran out of towels,other than that everything else was fine,the staff the parking and the breakfast was good my boyfriend and i are planing to be back in boston soon it's a beautiful place with lots to do and see.

Sept 2006, Stayed 2 nights, room and hotel clean, breakfast was good, parking lot (the safer, lighted side) filled up pretty fast but I had no troubles on the other side. Desk staff nice, hotel computer was verrrrry slow and pokie (dont use untill fixed). They say 5 min walk to subway? May be if ya jog.... but still kinda close. They should hand ...

Large, clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave, enabled us to keep snacks in room, without the inconvenience of having to get dressed each time we were hungry. Staffs were very rude. One of the desk staffs (female), on March 9,2006 evening, was very reluctant to talk to me and bluntly refused to give an additional pillow. Room quality was horrible (the first room I was assigned was dripping water from the ceiling). The location is also very depressing, my worst experience in hotel staying. I will never ever go back.
