We loved the location. We were walking distance to all
the major attractions. The hotel had a nice lounge at night but we also felt comfortable walking to other places.

To charge $400 a night, you've got to walk the walk too. Tough to get the attention of the staff, which left us with a frustrating experience and a heavy bill to pay.

We stayed here for our orchestra trip.
they were very nice left us a paper every day and provided a private breakfeast.I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the gourgous interior. The pool was nice too.

the location was the best. the food was great and the service was very friendly. The rooms were clean as were the hallways and the elevators.

The service was so helpful and my room i felt like a queen! The location was fab! No matter what entrance i took , i was on a different street which made shopping heaven!

The location is the prime selling point for this hotel - in the heart of the theatre district! The rooms are generally on par with standard hotels but a little grungier. It could stand a thorough cleaning and some updating. Don't opt for a smoking room unless you really love the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke - ventilation is horrible and the rooms reek because of it.

Having never stayed in Boston before. The hotel staff did whatever it took to make our experience the most relaxing. They took care of reservations AND transportation!
