The place is located nicely on the outskirts of Hyannis center. However in no shape ready for guests. Construction on going and the Pool is not open. I would not reommend staying here currently.

I am on the board of directors of the Cape Cod Landscapers Association and we have a large trade show here every year and I give this hotel 5 stars.
I stayed here the night before the show and just wanted to say the place was well managed, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I liked that it was close to Main street.
I disliked the gloomy hallyways. Terrible lighting in hallways. Needs a fresh new look bright colors on the wall and new carpeting will do the job.
In general the rooms need a lot of TLC But what do you expect for $190 a night at a shore point resort.

I was the oldest and dirtiest Sheraton I've ever stayed at. It needed serious cleaning and updating. Of course this was a few years ago and not sure what the conditions are now. Hopefully not any worse. I came down with a rash that I had to deal with on and off for months. Dr. told me it was from bacteria build-up in water. So it had to be the shower. I never go in public hot tubs, etc.

The room smelled musty, the sliding door was broken. The bed had hairs on it and the staff acted as though they didnt care. There are plenty of alternatives in the area, use them.

Here is my advice to the management: Invest in clean carpet for the hallways, repair damaged rooms, get rid of mold in bathrooms, change website to reflect no refrigerators or microwaves or suites, insist that staff understand what "guest services" really means, don't give away rooms that have already been paid for (ie King bedrooms ...
