Great place, quiet location, clean rooms, friendly staff and super breakfast. I have stayed at others but this is the very best bang for your buck as well as comfortable and nice!

Wish I found this site first...moldy curtains, dank smell, stained carpet, ants on the floor, and this was in the upgraded room! First offered us a room in back in the pet section that smelled like a rotting animal. However, the staff was really wonderful.

Hotel is dirty. Room was very dirty-asked for a different room and saw 3 others which weren't much better.
Sheets and towels were of terrible quality. Place is no better than a flea bag hotel.
Rates are too high for such a bad looking hotel. Dirt on staircases, windows so dirty you can't see out. Help was nice but even they acknowledge that the place needs a renewal.
Breakfast was poor quality.
Would not recommend it to anyone!!
