The Quality Inn was bought out by Motel6 in June. We had a very pleasant stay at Christmas time and were happy to have found a decent hotel near my sister. We found out the hotel had changed hands and figured it would be basically the same. Boy, were we wrong. The new front desk staff was HORRIBLE. They could not get the billing correct- we were ...
No hot water for 3 days. The staff moved us to 2 different rooms before they found that the boilers were down. They told us that we should have hot water in a cuple of hours. We neaver did get hot water. The rooms were very damp and dirty looking. The rooms smell really bad and the bath rooms are cruddy. Their were a lot of scary looking mexicans working on repairs to the outside stairs. A lot of sloppy looking hood and mexican regular employees.
The hotel needs a lot of work. When we opened the door to our room the smell was aweful. They sent someone to the room to spray Febreeze. The bathtub had black mildew all around it. There were cigarette burns on the tub as well. The breakfast was a glorified contenental layout for $11.60 per person. The staff was very friendly and did the best with ...

The hotel is run down, with concrete chipping all over ...
Good service provided by friendly staff. Found a great rate online. Great value! Nice that pets are welcome. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The lounge could be open later, it closed at 10PM the night we were there. But there are plenty of places nearby and we wandered across the street to the Hard Times Cafe.
