Checkin service was extremely efficient, informative and courteous, parking included in the price of the room; the location is within walking distance of everything in downtown Portland, from restaurants to museums, parks, pubs, coffee and seafood... Great location to the waterfront area, knowledgeable friendly staff, bar with a large selection of beers on tap. The courtesy van to and from the airport is a big plus. We attended the Pirates hockey game Saturday night that was a short walk across the street, this was our second visit to Portland looking forward to many more trips up.

We were impressed with the personnel, who were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

We also liked its proximity to everything we like to visit in Portland. We hope we can visit again.

The hotel's food was very good and reasonable in price. Breakfasts were the best!

I like the location in downtown Portland close to the water, Portland Museum of Art. Great resturants within walking distance in The Old Port section on the waterfront. This area has cobblestone streets, lots of clubs with choice of many different kinds of music. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
