don't stay here

unless you like bedbugs!!! Woke up with a huge patch on leg...management investigating...hope they do the right thing and clean the place up!!!!!!!!!

Like most Holiday Inn's these days it was aged some,but otherwise nice. Carpet was somewhat dirty otherwise everything was ok. Was also going under renovations when we stayed there July 4th weekend. Not bad for the price,has a pretty cool swimming pool and hot tub too.

The room's carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor sticky. The blankets consisted of a thin cotton blanket between two sheets. The shower head was old and full of calcium and the shower curtain yellow from age. While we were there the shower head and curtain were updated to new modern ones. Holiday Inn in Covington was one of the most organized places I have stayed. Even though they, like everyone else in the area, were short staffed, they took great pride in making me feel welcome. The hotel staff is exceptional, going out of their way to accomidate us. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they take pets! Being just off I 10 and next door to a little shopping center & an I hop certainly made it a terrific place to wait for the "all clear" signal. I was surprised we found a room available the day before the storm. I'm sure we'll go back at a less stressful time just to enjoy ourselves.
