Really expensive and they don't incude anything.I had to stay there because our son had his wedding reception there, but when you pay $359 plus about 41.00 in taxes, a night (suite) you sort of expect some amenities included, like internet access(add 12.95) a Free contiental breakfast (add about 12.00 per person) Hotel was nice except some peeling paint on ceiling. I would definitely go backI recently stayed at Griffin Gate for 4 days and it is a great hotel. The beds are really really comfortable! The people that work there are really friendly. They have really great Kentucky Butter Cake with Bourbon Sauce! It is also a very beautiful hotel. Fun times at Griffen GateWe had a good time at this hotel...liked the down comforter on the bed, clean corner room with huge balcony. Dislikes were that our room was directly above a very loud wedding party which was playing music until 11pm and a group of high schoolers who appeared to e there for a debutante ball. It was okayWe recentley stayed at the Griffen Gate Resort for a planned vacation with my company. Love'd It and the locationLove the Hotel, and the recently added Spa. Rooms and facalities (pool) were an excellent resort getaway for me and my girlfriends. The Mansion food was Top Notch. You can go home againHaving been guests 20 years ago when our stay was so pleasant we visited again recently. It was just as enjoyable the second time around. Whenever anything went wrong the staff was extremely attentive and made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Be back next yearThe hotel was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. The staff was always helpful and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. Will Try Another Hotel Next TimeWorst service in the hotel's Steakhouse Resturant - Meal was overpriced and cold - Everything was ala carte and the food quality was poor - Waitress was friendly but most of the time was missing in action - Was not even tempted to try the Mansion Resturant after the poor experience at the Steakhouse - Pulled down the covers on the bed and it looked like the sheets had not been changed - Will try a new hotel on my next visit to Lexington.3 of 3 Yahoo!
