It took 2 hours to find what was promised by a manager to be a clean room. After going through 4 dirty rooms, our final room still had a dirty bathroom and a clump of dried friut snacks left under the window. Great location in the middle of it all! Great service and staff. Wonderful restraunt for lunch (the Porch) and a beautiful revolving rooftop restraunt (Eagles Nest).

Good Stay...Would do it again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/06/05
I thought overall the place was really close to a 4 star hotel. Just need to address a few small things and it could be it! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, elevators are being worked on for faster service! This was a pain, but they can only do so much, not the staffs fault.
Convenient to circle center amll and many food places...(and by the way-DONT GO TO HARD TIMES CAFE across the street)
