My Wife and I got married in the area and we had blocked off rooms for our guest. They overbooked and many of our out of town guest we forced to go back home. The next morning when I went to the front desk to see what went wrong they were very rude and couldn't of cared less.

I liked all the hott guys and the pool area was amazing.........it was the best time ever!!!!! The service was great and i really like all the rooms and just stuff like that................

My significant other and I stayed here in November. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient! Man! What a hotel! I got lost. (My bad direction sense-no doubt.) And had to repeatedly ask for directions. The front desk girl gave me a map and drew me a little line that I could follow. I still managed to get lost though.

We did not like this hotel. We held an event here and they apparently overbooked their event space forcing us to hold our event in a smaller area. Customer Service does not exist at this hotel. Waitstaff was rude, dishes were dirty. The hotel is also a smoking facility. We had no idea. You can smoke anywhere inside the building. The weekend ...

This is a great hotel no hotel can top this one i feel but try this hotel and find out how great it really is... One nite wit your true love will last a lifetime at the get away here!!!! So start plannin your get away NOW!

I checked out the reviews about this hotel before I went to stay there. The service was awesome and the location is great. There was a sign posted at the front desk and I was even given a pamphlet at check-in stating the rules of the hotel. There is a zero tolerance for parties and individuals that get out of hand... as there should be. I go to ...

AFTER SEEING AND ATTENDING KIDS SWIMMING PARTIES. I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK ONE. I WAS TOLD IT IS NOT ALLOWED. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE AT THE HOTEL, YOUR CHILD CAN HAVE A PARTY. IF YOU HAVE NO CONNECTIONS, YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE. ISN'T THAT PROFILING?. (I'M A SCHERERVILLE RESIDENT)

Over many years I have enjoyed the overnight packages at the Radisson Hotel and Star Plaza. The service is great, the rooms are excellent and the atmosphere in the atrium (with the waterfall in the pool) is the best! The restaurants are also excellent. I am planning to go again this October and will go many more times in the future!
