The rooms are clean, but the beds are horrible. There was a lot of noise in the halls all night long, even though you had to sign a paper saying that curfew was at 11pm, and you would get kicked out if you did not abide. The waterpark was average. They will definitely need to add some attractions to keep people coming back. The water was ice cold. Would probably never go back.

Please do not look at the positive reviews. They are from the employees that work there. This place is so nasty. It did not always be like this. I checked out after I saw the roaches and the exposed electrical outlets, Save you money. The rooms are also nasty. If you dont believe me check it out before you check in. Look at the walls and the curtains in the room.

Before I get into the diapointments of this hotel let me say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But, by no means is this a 2 1/2 star hotel. I just came back after 6 nights at this hotel.My family had alot of fun here. We have 2 kids 13 and 15. They had fun at the waterpark and stayed for hours. The room was always cleaned well and they gave us a cot for free. The only complaint was that at check in they advised us that the fee to enter the waterpark was not included in the $139 per night room fee. Very confusing but, after paying it and enjoying we felt it worth the cost.

The security was awful. There were parties in the hallway all night long with yelling, swearing, and fighting. I called to complain 3 times before security looked into it.
