bad service!very old,duty rooms,a lot of noise all day long,no costumer service,they tried to charged a lot of money for things that you don't order,and etc. etc. etc.

This was our second time returning to hawaii for a vacation. We assumed that a 3 star hotel would be much better than the 1 and a half star hotel that we stayed at previously. This hotel almost ruined our whole vacation, if we had not moved to an alternate one.

We had a nice experiance staying at this Hotel. The staff was cheerful and helpful and best of all they were available to assist us. Great location,clean room,prompt service. We ate a few mornings in the resturant located on site and the food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but good.

We would stay at this hotel again and I would recomend it to family and freinds.

I never stayed in the hotel without bath tub!! They need to mention it in the discription of the hotel. I requested to change the room to the one with bath tub, they said they will let me know but they never get back to me. The noise level is pritty high especially from the bar in the Hawaiian Market place(next to the hotel)Also the wall is thin so ...

The location is the best thing about the Beachcomber. Everyone knows it as the one with the long escalator!

On one side is the International Marketplace...a definite must....and the other side is Duke's alley--full of kiosks and great deals. Be sure to haggle, you can usually get them to give you a break on the price.

I have stayed at the Beachcomer twice now and have had a great experience both times. It is so close to everything, the service I felt was great, and the rooms are very clean. What more could you ask for!!!
