we stayed during the thanksgiving week... loved the room that we stayed in and it has all the conveniences like home (washer, dryer, dishwasher, and utensils ) nicely decorated and has a sofa bed in the living room.
It is an ocean front one bedroom condo (513) where we relaxed to the sounds of the waves. Enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the pool.

Thought this place was going to be nice. Checked in and got dreadfully ill from the spider mold in the AC Unit. We rented 312 for 11 days and spent 6.5 of those days in bed sick from what we found out later was mold and mildew in the AC Filter. Staff was unaccomodating and the housemen said that they have been trying to get management to fix the AC ...

The free parking provided is very limited, you must cut your evening short if you wish to have a parking space for the evening, and no street parking or any other options available. The airconditioning did not cool below 73, carpet were very dirty and cabinets peeling.

Our stay at the Royal Kahana was great! Very nice, big room with a great ocean view. The room was fully stocked with dishes as well as a washer and dryer.
