Hotel was small and dirty. Nothing like the pictures. Phone didnt work either. Very hard location to find and there s no parking. The parking structure next door is crowded and has no elevator. This hotel is horrible overall.

You are a block away from the beach, the pool is quiet and secluded. You are in the Heart of Waikiki, walking distance to everything. The Spa is great. The Hyatt is on the beach and is the sister hotel to the Aqua Bamboo, so you get to use all of the Hyatt's Amenities. The Spa's at both places are great. The only downside to the Aqua is that there is no view from the rooms.
