I stayed at the Aqua Bamboo and Spa in December and have nothing but positive things to say! The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from Waikiki beach the service was EXCELLENT... they definitely have the ALOHA spirit! The rooms were clean and the price I payed to stay was unbeatable!

The hotel is very clean and the personnel are polite and nice. The location is excellent just a few steps from Waikiki beach and the action. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is just adequate.
Internet connection is free, they also have surfing boards that you can borrow!
I was there from Dec 10th till Dec 17th.

The Aqua Bamboo is on a very busy and noisy street. It is nice, overall, and you can get discounts to about $75 per night. Just search on-line.

I stayed at the Aqua Bamboo and Spa hotel in one of the studio apt style rooms. It had a kitchenette and 2 balconies. The decor was pretty nice. The kitchen was a bit outdated, but had all the necessary equipment. The beds and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the small bathroom space.

This hotel fools everyone by the pictures, the lobby and the pool. The room smelled like mildew, the bathroom was filled with rust, ants were everywhere, the beds were too small (even for little 5'1" me), and the room was horrible. What was worse is that it was an upgraded room. Not only that but the hallways were humid and one could break a sweat walking to the elevator. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
