The room was a suite and was great!! The air conditioning needed some help...it wasn't working very well. I emailed a complaint when we got home and received a call from the manager who then sent us a complimentary stay certificate that is good for over 1 year. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We will definelty be going back to use ...
