There is so much that went wrong. I don't even know where to start. Key points
* Rude front desk
* Ocean view room reservation not avail when we arrived
* Took 2 hours( 5 phone calls) to get a blanket.
* Charged Credit Card multi times

Overall, please look elsewhere and save yourself the time and money

The hotel staff was very friendly. The week we went they were having a beauty pageant there and our room was gone. They upgraded our room for the same price. Which was great!!! Not the cleanest, but better then a comfort inn. Alot of plumming problems. let me stress that. You need to speak up to get anythings open during the week, unlike the weekend. Oh, and the kids stuff, you better think of going somewhere else. Over priced and the area is not that great unless your college kid on spring break.

The Hotel and the surronding area is beautiful. I was there after the hurricanes and I have to say that the hotel was one of the best experiences that I have had in a hotel. Very pleased with the resort starting with the friendliness of the bellmen to the front desk to the breakfast area to the bar. Very clean--great location--and once the Eagle fans came down to reality--it was even better.

The hotel is nice, but please do not eat at their restaurant. I Waited 1 hour on a 25 dollar filet and it came back terrible! It looked like a filet you would have bought pre-packaged at a grocery store!

The service, the quality of the rooms, and the employee effectiveness was poor during spring break of March 2003. Our room was dirty and smelled musty. We were not very satisfied with employee service towards us as guests.
