First time we stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, very clean. The hotel personnel was very courteous and we had a great time at the pool. Loved their parking lot too.

The room's refrigerator didn't work and the sink in the bathroom wasn't working properly. Both nights there were guests next to me making noise. The staff was apathetic and didn't want to do anything about it!

The service was great, and the rooms were nice with excellent location for parks. The guest services were excellent in their recommendation of places to eat and called ahead for us. This was the best experience i have had at a hotel at that price. Highly recommended

I thought the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, the beds VERY comfortable but the front desk staff was VERY unfriendly.

We stayed at this motel for two nights on a recent trip to Universal. The location was great as we were going to Halloween Horror Night at Universal and we got a cab over for only $5.00. The beds at this hotel were so comfortable we didn't want to get up the next day.

All in all we felt this hotel was a great value for the money.

This an old hotel they have tried to remodel. The rooms are just ok, not as good as Hampton Inn, Marriot Inn and Suites that are located near the entrance to Universal. Even though the Doubletree provided shuttle service to and from Universal, we found it much easier and quicker to walk. The kids had fun counting the geckos on the way there and back.
