IVE BEEN GOING TO THE BAL HARBOUR SHERATON FOR 5 YRS FOR A WEEK IN THE SUMMER.THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL CATERING TO YOUR EVERY NEAD.THE HOTEL AND STAFF IS VERY CHILDREN FREINDLY.THE POOL AREA IS PERFECT FOR HOURS OF RELAXATION AND FUN.THE BEST RESORT IN THE MIAMI AREA.

I would not recommend this place because it is simply overpriced. The hotel is run-down and cheesy (not in any sort of a good way), the pool and beach are average, and the shops and service are subpar. I think we waited for a coffee in the coffee bar downstairs for at least 20 minutes. I see no need to pay $23 for valet, and that is the only place you can park your car. Serious buyers remorse. We were wholly disappointed.

This hotel was perfect for a long weekend or relaxing vacation, with a fantastic pool area, and easy access to the beach. There are shops all around, and it's only a 20 minute cab to Miami. The spa is also an added benefit. The rooms are much more spacious than we expected and the concierge was quite helpful in sending us to good restaurants. Overall the experience was great, and I would definitely go back!
