Everything seems to be perfect for this hotel. I stayed there for 3 days, and I enjoyed every single moment in this doubletree hotel. they have friendly people and the service is not bad at all. the swiming pool was cool and the hot tub was excellent. They have a nice restaurant/bar with amazing food. I can't wait to go there next year.

I liked it's location from the airport and the miami mart mall. The people were friendly. I did find a few things on the floor that should have been vacuumed up if they vacuumed between guests, also some dusting much needed. Shuttle from airport appreciated but would have liked complimentary to the pier also.

Great Hotel, Rooms were not small, great exercise room. The bar had great prices for finger food. Mini-Mart Mall is connected to the hotel. The only negative thing was no restaurant in the area.

The hotel itself as a whole is a great place to stay. Food prices are expensive but you can go right next door (where the mini mart is) from the lobby and there is a kiosk where you can buy breakfast at a cheaper price.You can shop at the mart at a great price as well.

I was there on business, holding a show in the convention center. It was convenient for the show, though there is not a lot nearby. We had to drive into the city for good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, but very, very dark. Not enough lights.

This Sheraton was a true disappointment. Upon my arrival I noticed that food particles were attached to the bed spreads and dried food was smeared on the bed ruffle. I attended a meeting on the 18th of May at the Sheraton and food was served. It was held in the ballroom. I must say, the food tasted awful. The service was poor -- it took 20 minutes, more or less, to give everyone the the first course. Even though I have not reserved a room, the hotel is always very crowded and the mall does not help. Not peaceful at all.
