We stayed at the Embassy Suites at Boca Raton Aug. 28, 2007 for 3 nights while visiting our parents. We plan to stay at this hotel again. The room was exceptionally clean. The front lobby staff very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast and managers reception.

i think the staff at this embassy suites was great. i stayed here for a short get away weekend trip with my husband a few weeks ago. i used to work in a hotel and i know how hard it is to work at the front desk. all day you stand there and listen to annoying guests complain about things that are not your fault but you have to pick up the ...

Not your average Embassy Suites

The breakfast is great. The room itself was outdated. It is obvious that this hotel needs updating. The furniture in the two bedroom suite looked as if they purchased it from a scratch and dent store. Both rooms had furniture from 1980's along with the carpet and drapes. The staff was friendly but this isnt what you would expect from an Embassy Suites. There was obvious construction in the lobby. I would not stay here again. Pool was dirty.

I love this place. I live in a nearby city less than five miles from this hotel. Whenever I am looking for the perfect place to get away, Embassy Suites in Boca is my favorite place to go!

I called the front desk and asked for one of their employees. The receptionist didn't know how to look up her extension and ultimately disconnected me. I'm from a local company and am hosting a two-day $10,000 meeting/dinner event. You'd think I could get connected to the catering manager....

On the negative side most of the front desk staff were less than courteous, unfamiliar with the area and clueless about the availability of essential services around the hotel. You expect more from a Hilton family hotel at this price level. Also, the proximity to the railroad was a source of occasional annoying noise. Finally, the fittness room is ...
