they have a bad costumer service, the man that work in the pool is so rude, and any manager take care about that.

It was far from the action. Nice rooms although the decorating was outdated. Lots of contruction going on next door. Pool and beach were very nice however, just would have been nicer to be closer to nice restaurants etc.
