The rooms were very nice...a little small bit small but nice. We enjoyed the tiki bar and restaraunt on the pier. They have a nice little fitness room. There are lots of scheduled activities for people of all ages. Chairs and towels are provided for you for the beach or pool. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. Down the road a few miles is South Beach if you like a lot of action. We would go back.

there is a $10 'facility' charge per day! of course this is not part of the advertised price and we found out at check in.
hotel makes a great first impression but rooms are small ( and we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite ). water in shower seemed yellowish. no paper towel in dispenser.
staff was friendly & facilities are nice and neat. but we would never stay there again. felt nickel & dimed the whole time...

This resort is abound with activities and located in the lovely local of Sunny Isles is equally accesible from Ft. Lauderdale or Miami.

The cost is reasonable and the hotel is packed with amenities including activities throughout the day as if you are on a cruise. The beach is groomed daily and they have three wonderful heated pools.

Arriving at miami Intl Airport at 11:30 pm after a long flight and getting to the hotel very tired we have to find out that some how our reservations where useless, the hotel was over booked. They didn,t gave us a straigth answer of what happen and why our rooms wheren´t available even though we prepaided our stay. We had to find a hotel at 3 am without any help of the administration.

The hotel is very clean. They have beach servers and let me tell you I had one named Alan who made sure you were happy even when his back was hurting he did what ever he needed to do to make sure you and your family were having a good time. Food at the pool is typical pool food {good} The resturant food was pretty good. But I have to say the beach server did it for me.. What a nice guy. Hope he is there when we go at the end of the year.

We booked our July vacation in March. We had reserved a ocean view room and at check in were told that what we had actually paid for was a partial ocean view room. When we checked out I recieved the bill but forgot to check it. When we were in the plane back to Europe, I discovered that they charged us for two cars on the parking lot. My wife and I had only one car! They also charged us for the use of a beach umbrella on the day we arrived, but had to wait three hours before they cleaned the room! We never went to the beach that day.
After two faxes en two emails, still no response!
