We arrived at Longboat Key resort in May 2008. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. Someone assist us with out luggage and showed us to our room. Rooms were clean. Everything was excellent except we didn't like the unflexible checkout times. We managed a conference in their ballroom for the weekend and had to leave everything unattended to vacate our hotel room on Sunday at 11am to meet an unchangable checkout time. Unacceptable !!
