Have stayed here twice and each time it was wonderful. The breakfast wagon in the courtyard makes you feel special and the rooms are beautiful. Easy walk to Duval St but far enough away to be quiet.

It is not for younger families. With kids, yes. But not for people who like to drink/party. The service was okay. Probably won't go back there again.

We have stayed at this B&B many times. We first started going as a couple and loved the atmosphere. The gardens and pool are beautiful and tucked away in the rear of the resort. You forget that you are right off the street. Most B&B's frown on or prohibit children but we felt very welcome when we returned with our five year old daughter. ...
