My cousin and I stayed because it was close to downtown disney. Everyone was friendly, checked us in right away and also made sure my reservation was excactly the way I booked it. We are going back in 2 months. Glad you are open again,we missed you!

There was a lack of response to my concern and the management was very difficult to work with. Based on this, I would very much suggest going somewhere else.

The whole disney experience is pleasent. It can be tons of fun yet, in a good way stressfull. The plaza helps make it even easier, less stressfull and pleasent over all. I have stayed there for a week, 3 days, 4 days, etc... ever since I was a kid and now I get to experience the same with my son and wife. I def. recommended anyone, including family members of my own to stay at the plaza. Thank you for the memories and more to come.

I was able to get a last minute deal on this property when it was still owned by Marriot and I was very impressed. It is a great place to stay if you like being on site. The walk to nearby Downtown Disney is just right, not too far. The room was enormous and spacious. I also had a good view, as I was on the 12th floor. Not of Disney though, but ...

Just as expected, hotel was perfect for my purposes. A nice clean place to stay while vacationing at WDW. Good helpful staff, very clean and convient location to Downtown Disney with regular shuttle service to all parks. Also within walking distance to outside of resort. For the price, more than expected.

When we were there for 2 weeks at this hotel,the place is nice and clean. The staffs are nice and courteous. Beds were made everyday. Coffees were there for us everyday. Very convenience to Downtown Disney just short walk away or free shuttle to the place. We had great experience at Holiday Inn at Walt Disney. Thank you. I would go back there again in Dec.
