Great hotel, and Great location. Staff was super nice and always ready to help. Our room was nice, but on the small side. Not a big deal because we were only in there to sleep. Loved the bar Jacks located in the hotel and lets not forget about Starbucks, also located in the Hotel. Now for the show stopper, on the 7th floor you will watch some the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Get up there early because it gets crowed.

If you are new to key West or just want to be in the middle due to being on foot, this is the place to be, plus its nice! The only complaint would be, if you go to bed early, its a little noisy outside being its in the middle of Duval. (unless your room isn't located on the Duval side) Otherwise, perfect location and very nice accomodations. ...

this is a very historic hotel, they had great decor and excellent location. this hotel is smack dab in the middle of duval street. though a bit small they offered great service and modern amenaties. put this one on your list, it was NICE!
