I stayed here for the launch of STS-117. I had to drive a little bit to get to the launch. Once I got here, I needed a place to stay. I tried staying here for one night. The room was nice. I was skeptical about this place from all the bad reviews, but found it to be a great value. I don't expect much from a hotel room - a place to shower, lay my head and a descent TV. i wouldn't stay here again

floors were bad. no showers outside to rinse off. bathtub was dirty. water smelled like sulphur. a/c was loud. latch on the door was broken. furnishings were worn down. dirty room. they had to close the pool for a few days. it was bad. i wouldn't stay here again.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Been To

It had small bugs crawling all over the place,bathroom door would not close,most of property not kept up,at times high speed internet would not work(only 1st day it worked)

Nice place other than being unclean. We have stayed here twice now and had cleaning problems both times. We checked in and found dirty wash cloths and shampoo bottles in bathroom which means they don't clean. They did come immediately and re-clean room and change linens. There were two days during week we never saw a cleaning lady. Other than this we had a nice stay.

If you're travelling with kids, this hotel is a good choice. Our children enjoyed the kids suites -- a "room within a room." After a few nights of sharing a bed at a different hotel, they appreciated the bunk beds and privacy the kids suite offered. As did their parents. Modest but redeeming

The Hoiday Inn at Cocoa beach was fun for the most part. Our room was fairly clean and the staff was attentive. The kiddie pool was great fun. It was kid friendly and had a great ocean beach for the grown ups.

Problems after the hurricanes

Due to the reopening of the hotel, they had new people and things were not up to our stay a year ago. They had a fire also while we were there. Wasn't up to standards , because they were still working on some of the rooms. hope things will get better for them. Service was ok, but the checkin gal didn't know her rooms and what was in certain rooms. Such as what size beds.
