There were slight issues with the cleanliness of the room other than that this is a great hotel if you are doing a lot of sight seeing or visiting the parks. The hotel has great amenities (game room, pool, weight room etc) The breakfast was ok. Rooms are spacious open and its located right on 192 among a host of shops, restaurants etc. It was suitable for our stay.

For the money, this location was wonderful. We had a clean, comfy double queen "inn" room right over the pool. The service was good. The pool was clean and heated. If you want 5 star, go somewhere else. Considering most are staying here and going each day to a new Disney park, this hotel offers a great value with clean and safe and comfortable accomodations.

Staff were friendly enough. The room was in the court yard. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet was awful. This property needs a general overhaul. We stayed on the 8th floor, nice view, but the carpet needed cleaning in our room. The bathroom needs gutting and starting over, it was dirty. Great value, very good people in service, quick check in and check out, very friendly staff and clean hotel in and out. It should be a 4 star hotel in my opinion but not sure. Your stay here will be very smooth and pleasant.
Highly recommended.

They don't have free Interntet access though. They have an onsite web cafe where you pay per minute and its kinda expensive.

Our family stayed there for 2 weeks and didn't encounter any problems during our stay. We found that all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were very good especially the fitness room and the swimming pools. The rooms and the surrounding area outside were always kept clean.We were impressed with the hotel and would definitely choose to stay there again.

check-in one area no transportation to take you to the Ramada but they can get the ceasear fro $10 ver bad reach approx. 8:30pm told at front desk room was ready. This hotel was really nice! A wonderful pool area that was surrounded by tropical foiliage that gave a nice, quiet, magical appearance at night. The hotel room we got was extremely nice with a couch, two televisions, a nice glass coffee table and a king sized bed. It was a very clean room and the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonalbe and I would definitely stay here again!!

I had called and gotten room reservations and did not want a tour package and let them know this up front and was quoted a higher rate, which was fine.
