I like everything but I get lost several times. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool is impressive. The service is great but i don't like how they attend me.

I love to see a beautiful building and the way it is decorated. Service was excellent, people friendly and the weather could not have been better. Price was high, but it was worth it.

We were immediately greeted at the curb and treated like old friends. We were guided through the lobby to check in and all the way to our room.
The room was spotless and the bellman would not leave until he was told that everything was just right.
We were minutes away from dining and the parks. Very easy to get to and from. My wife requested extra pillows and towels that arrived in 10 minutes. We are thrilled with our trip. Thank you.

The place is just laid back and classy .... very upscale but not uncomfortably so. All around nice place to be. The atmosphere is really very Florida and geared towards relaxation and service.

no dislikes, all was well. the buffet was amazing, and the pool was magnificent. Florida is a great state to visit, especially when you're from a small town like Tallahassee.
