1. I was given incorrect keycards to the room and when I called from my cell phone outside the room, the girl at the front desk actually told me to come back and she would give me new keys. I had to ask for someone to bring them to me since I had all of my luggage outside of my room. I shouldn't have had to ask.

We vacationed here in March 2006 and thought it was wonderful.Right on the beach...walking distance to restaurants,stores,etc....We would definitely go back. Rooms very clean,service good. Restaurants on site a bit pricey. 3 pools were great!

Our entire family stayed at the Sirata over the holidays. We had a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms (newer section) were very clean and well-appointed. Mangrove Grill's food was great (a somewhat limited menu), and the Durango was okay (don't get the prime rib).We would definitely come back (although I agree that the extra charges are somewhat ridiculous - parking, beach cabanas, etc.).

ITS NOT REAL MODERN BUT THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE (129 BUCKS A NIGHT NOT COUNTING THE DUMB 8 DOLLAR PARKING FEE. )GOOD FOOD ALL AROUND IF YOU DO A MAP SEARCH FOR THE LOCATIONS IF YOUR NEW TO THE AREA.
