Watch out for your VEHICLE if you use their parking lot

The concierge gave us wrong information on where to go on Thursday evening... and he gave the same info to many around the pool... he said this is the place you have to be... there was a private party and we weren't allowed.. so, not on the guest list... didn't expect that.
We left our Range Rover in full - got it back minus a bumper... ...
I just returned from a vacation there and had several serious problems that would have been taken seriously at any other larger hotel. It would have been fine if the management even acknowledge any of these problems, would have been even better if they tried to fix these problems, but we were ignored the whole time. Stayed here because the Ritz was booked up. After traveling from New York with a four hour airline delay, we were brought up to a room the size of a small closet with two twin beds. For $24, car valet service should improve

Park a mile away and walk to the hotel, and you will get your car back faster than the unorganized valet system they have there! I expected better service from this place.
My wife and I will never stay here again. Rooms make you feel like you are in an institution for the criminally insane. Small rooms with toilets that back up. Great hotel to walk thru and visit, just don't stay there.

This hotel was one of worst I have been to when it comes to service. A group of friends and I stayed in the penthouse and were treated as if we were not even staying with the hotel at all. We spent a lot of money and were treated like dirt. The hotel staff is very rude and really don't care. I would never go back to this hotel ever again. You can get better service for half the price of this hotel.

Nightmare on Elm Street. Pubic hairs on the floor. Ripped bed sheets. Ripped comforters. TV's approx. 15 years old. The same menu they have had for the last 6 years.
