The concierge gave us wrong information on where to go on Thursday evening... and he gave the same info to many around the pool... he said this is the place you have to be... there was a private party and we weren't allowed.. so, not on the guest list... didn't expect that.

Park a mile away and walk to the hotel, and you will get your car back faster than the unorganized valet system they have there! I expected better service from this place.

My wife and I will never stay here again. Rooms make you feel like you are
in an institution for the criminally insane. Small rooms with toilets that back up. Great hotel to walk thru and visit, just don't stay there.

This hotel was one of worst I have been to when it comes to service. A group of friends and I stayed in the penthouse and were treated as if we were not even staying with the hotel at all. We spent a lot of money and were treated like dirt. The hotel staff is very rude and really don't care. I would never go back to this hotel ever again. You can get better service for half the price of this hotel.
