i actually thought the staff was a bit rude and the rooms were a bit old but i did like the pool and how close it was to the beach. i would stay again

The room, hallway, and elevators were extremely outdated and in need of repairs. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy and smelled bad. We wore our flip flops in the room because we were uncomfortable walking around barefooted. I liked everything about this Hotel, BUT they still have not installed a Hot Tub and the Bar/Pub has limited hours (4PM-10PM). The Bar is open till 10pm but the kitchen closes at 8pm. Ladies night on Thursday is a BLAST, but then it's down hill after that for entertainment. I would stay there again as it's an easy Hotel to navigate even with the slow elevators.

This is an older holiday Inn and definately is not your typical Holiday Inn. There was mold in our room, the floors were always damp and sticky. We had a 3 night stay booked there. We left a night early at 11pm because I absolutely could not stand how sickening I felt anymore. Save your money or stay elsewhere. There are PLENTY of better places for the price.

After driving 800 miles and 12 hours to get there we were not given the room we were supposed to get. We were given a view of the parking lot instead of the oceanfront room we were promised. The staff was not very accomodating. (They were downright nasty!) We came all that way, and spent all that gas just to end up getting the bait and switch. ...

This hotel is an older Holiday Inn. There are somethings that I would replace at the property, but their staff are very attentive. When you first checkin they make you feel like they are glad you are there. They also have WI-FI which I found very useful. I would stay there again.

* The minute we walked through the door the customer service personnel greeted us with a smile and welcome! How nice this greeting was, especially after a long drive.
