Not worth allowing an animal to sleep hereFirst sight, roaches on the fridge & furniture. Too tired and too late to be changing rooms and there were MANY vacancies. (I see why)
Tiles were cracking apart from tub and grout, light fixtures inopperable, paint & decor pealing from walls...one of the TWO towels in the bathroom had food on it. Looked as if someone wiped their spagetti ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Poor hotelWe were travelling to Orlando and stopped here late at night. Cost was $60 (they have a nerve!)and in one room the bathtub drain clogged so only one person could shower. In both rooms,the lamps next to the beds weren't working.
Our next experience at Days Inn in Kissimmee was no better.OVERALL

Dirty, Nasty, stinks of smoke!I wish I would have checked out the reviews prior to our encounter here. We ended up leaving the hotel it was so bad! The manager said he credited the refund on the card, and ended up charging us double! Now we are in disputes. Stay at the Marriott on exit 384! They were awesome!!! :-)OVERALL

The worst hotel ever!!First of all . . I have been to almost every chain of hotels. And I use to live in Miami and have stayed in almost every hotel there. This hotel in Gainesville was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. And I don't think anyone will ever surpass this feat. Disgusting, inside and out. Ghetto neighborhood. You won't BELIEVE how bad this wasMy wife brought a school group to Gainesville. She guaranteed the reservation on our debit card after speaking with Mr. Mike Pittman and informing him that she would be paying with a school check.
