WE LIKED OUR STAY ALL BUT THERE IS NO ELEVETOR. AND WE STAYED ON THE 4TH FLOOR. THE PARKING LOT WAS TOO LITTLE FOR A FULL SIZE TRUCK OR SUV. THE WALKWAY AROUND THE POOL IS EXTREMELY HOT DURING THE DAY YOU CAN HARDLY WALK ON IT. IT WILL BURN YOUR FEET. I WOULDN'T RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. THE EMPLOYEES PARK IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN THE GUESTS PARK ON THE STREET.

Although the description says pets allowed...They are not. We picked it for this reason, booked & paid for a week's stay. We got there & were treated like liars & told they had NEVER allowed pets & I explained that their ad said "pets allowed" & was told that it did not HMMMM....Can I not read??? What does it say??? Pets allowed!!!

The Casa Loma has the most wonderful staff that one could ever ask for. They were so helpful any time that we needed them. The rooms were clean and cheerful and the atmosphere was super friendly and relaxing!

I've travelled on business and for pleasure many years now and we can't wait until we get to Panama City Beach because when we are at the Casa Loma, it's just like home, only better.
The staff and especially Ms Spence make us laugh and have a great time even if the weather is bad. Never have we had a problem that wasn't immediately addressed and cordially corrected.
We recommend this great place all the time!

We have been coming that area for many years. We have either stayed there or next door. Mostly there. We really enjoy the Gulf and surroundings. We wait until after Labor Day to come. The summer crowd has pretty much gone and it's mostly older folks or families with very young babies.
We have always been treated well.

This seems to be the Hell's Angels preferred hotel. Avoid this dirty, rundown place if you have kids or want to stay somewhere that is clean. I would describe it as a hotel for one hour stays (if you know what I mean) situated on a nice beach.

When first looking at the hotel we were a little leary. But once we checked in things were great. We arrived earlier than anticipated, so they let us check in early without any difficulty. The rooms were clean and neat. The pool was always clean. This hotel is directly on the beach and not one room has a poor view. We would defintley go back. ...

I've stayed here twice. The first time my room had a microwave and mini-fridge. The second time I stayed there, my room didn't have either, and the remote from the television was missing. It is a great location though!
