Booked as a group with a swim team. The "group rate" was the same as the internet rate, only with cancellation provisions that were at best draconian (at worst not legally enforceable). This hotel was not clean upon arrival and then I reported a bug in the room after the second night. The carpet was dirty and had a cigarette burn in it. The valet personnel were young,inexperienced and could not get the job done. The desk staff were nice but not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too expensive for the poor conditions.

I am been visting this hotel for the past 10 years. The best word describing the Hotel now is has been. The rooms need a update, they are old and not as clean as they used to be. Many key personal have left the hotel, which as lowered the service substantially. Worst of all is the new maids, who does'nt clean the room properly.

Its not worth the money !!!!

I got this hotel on an auction site for $79. Stayed one night pre cruise. Arrived in the eveing, there is not food nearby. Parking is $18. It is across the street from the beach. It is aging, the lobby is nice but the elevators are very slow. Had breakfast here--save your money. Take the Sun Trolley to 17th st instead. The hotel is near the water taxi as well. would not stay here again, too isolated.

I arrived early and my wife was going to meet me there later for a weekend getaway. You have to pay $10.00 per car to park in the hotel parking lot. The carpets were tattered and dirty. The draps and old and worn. Pool was nice. Location was good. Over priced for the quality received.

We arrived at the hotel, checking in and went to our room. We changed and went directly to the pool. While the pool area and workout room looked nice, they were having a Narcotics Anonymous convention at the hotel and the other guests were loud, rowdy, smoking, heavily tatooed and not at all what we are used to. The service is excellent,,very friendly and kind. Location is good same as pictures. Room is beautiful and clean. Bed's very soft,like it.Even it's a bit far from restuarant, it's quiet.

Definitely, go back again

the hotel was a long ways away from the cruise port but the beach was across the road from the hotel.nice and close to the water taxi stop.not a lot of places to eat have to walk a ways. Rooms ok smelled a little musty but beds nice and soft we had garden view room ground floor $75 a night on price line.
