My girlfriend and I have stayed at this hotel twice. We just returned from a three-night stay and I liked the place even more the second time around.

The first time I was put off by the valet parking but there were no actual issues other than the $25 per night fee. This time we self-parked in a garage adjacent to the hotel for $6 per weekend ...

The hotel is attractive, and the furnishings are modern. The room was a great size, and very near to the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room had a huge window, so it was bright and open.

However, you will be nickel and dimed for everything. Internet service($10 per day), parking, bottled water, and forget about the food. ...

Likes: Friendly staff, well mannered, educated on surrounding areas, and tour friendly. Very clean and prompt on service. Enjoyed all events that were set up, and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

-Entrance is cold and feels like you're entering an office building, not a hotel. There is no carpet.
-No internet included, there is a daily fee
-No business center available
-No complimentary breakfast
-hardly any storage space (no dressers)
-No in-room refrigerator
-No DVD player or other options to watch a DVD
-The faucet water ...

The mattress in my room was dirty, the hi-def tv's don't get a high-def signal, I called room service for a fork and they told me there would be a delivery fee. The valet that parked my car hit another car and the hotel refused to pay for the damage. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

The restautant is top of the line and at the top of the building. The wait staff and bar staff were extremely attentive. Atmosphere was quiet and calm. It was a great place for a conversation with friends or business associates. Also a great place for a romantic dinner. If you sit on the correct side, you an catch a glimpse of the sunset, but all seats have a view of the river. Top notch. Going back for Valentines day.
