It was a fine place to stay. Everything was comfortable. The name Hyatt does the most for the hotel Its just a regular hotel that is clean and comfortable
Don't think that its in walking distance of the things that its next to though. You have to use the metro, which is close, or a cab.

I liked this hotel alot. The staff was professional and curteous at all times. Although the hotel was quite busy at the time of check in, the wait was short and the staff was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and peaceful. I will definately return.

I stayed 2 nights (14-15 Feb 05) on 14th floor. This floor should be shut down and refurbished before another guest is put there. First room was absolutely horrible (wallpaper pealing off wall, furniture chipped and marred, DOOR FACING THAT WAS ATTACKED WITH CROWBAR!, carpet worn to the backing) but the soiled bedsheets were the last straw. Awful. That about sums it up. Shuttles didn't run on time, stood outside in 12 degree weather for 45 minutes called 3 times before getting one. Upon leaving the shuttle was late again and had to pay for a cab or else miss my flight home. The room was old and dingy. Filthy stained carpets. The Hyatt should be embarrased. I paid 85 a night on Hotwire, this hotel wasn't worth $29 a night. Avoid at all costs.
