Overall very nice stay. Hotel was very well located on Main Street in Newark.

Clean, and very reasonably priced. Minor upgrades helped make the stay very nice. Very comfortable beds.

I stayed here twice when I was visiting Newark to find apartments since I'm a grad student here. The first time the room was a bit dirty and the shower was the worst. If my shower at home looked like it did at this hotel I would have cleaned it before using it. I stayed here again only because it is the cheapest available and I needed something ...

Recently I stayed at this hotel and was skeptical, but was blown away by the hotels quality. I took a room with me and my wife, and stayed to visit the University of Delaware's Graduate Program. The rate was fair at 60+ tax, and the room was very clean and nice. I would recommend to any people staying in the area to stay at this hotel, especially if you are looking for a clean two star hotel for around 60-70 bucks!

Close to the college, and several stores. The hotel is on a one way street which makes it hard to get in and out of. The rooms need some updating, the walls are paper thin you can hear next door and parking lot. Cleaness is on the moderate scale, their vacuum cleaner may have been broken. Theres no amenities, just your basic. Nothing to bragg about.
