Just got back from a 4 day stay at Water's Edge Resort & Spa and couldnt be happier with our experience. Location is great. Grounds are beautful. Indoor/Outdoor (right on the ocean) pools, hot tubs.Private beach, Food was sooo good we ate at the resort twice for dinner. Wonderful! You will not find a cleaner hotel anywhere that's for ...
read reviews after booking for a one night package stay but kept things in perspective regarding rudeness of some personell but found some truth in them. some staff people always find it difficult to admit that they're wrong in the information that they provide to their guests.they use words such as misinformed or it was ...
Ruined my Wedding By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/30/08 I had eaten there on multiple occasions, had asked all the necessary questions, and done all the necessary research, before deciding to have my wedding at Water's Edge BUT... recently on September 13, 2008 I had my wedding there and I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. The ...
Good beach location, lots of parking, but otherwise there isn't much going on for this place that makes it special. The lunch at the restaurant was ok- overpriced but hey it's a restaurant at a hotel so that wasn't a surprise.
the place was unbelievable. i would definately go back to the hotel. the service from the waiter was ok but not the best.the showers were average for the amount of people that use it. people do hog the beachchairs. the pool was clean but there were not too many pleasant attitudes from the hosts of the pool & beach. the food we ordered was ...
We stay here 1 weekend a year off season because its near relatives. The rooms are nothing special. The hotel is nothing special. I cannot say it is the cleanest hotel ever. But its location is great for us. We do very much enjoy the Sunday brunch which has been voted best in the state a number of times. The food choices are extensive and ...
In the summer they have a few kids activities but WILL NOT allow kids in swimmies in the pools. The pool lady was rude and is bad for business. Some of the staff spoke no english at all. the grounds were nice and had numerous weddings during the week we stayed. Having a family the pool thing and the lady that ran it really frankly pissed me off and I will not go back there ever again.. Brunch was good and bartender was very nice as well
My husband and I are locals and decided to have dinner at the W.E. It was not a busy night and the waitress started out kind of friendly. We had the clam chowder which was good but boiling hot, then a caesar salad with way too much dressing. I asked the waitress if she recommended the striped bass and she did. I ordered the bass and my husband ...
Beautiful grounds, but the staff was consistently slow and rude.
We had to call to get a room service menu in our room, and when it had not appeared 30 minutes later, we had to call a second time. It finally appeared another 30 minutes later.
They acted like we were asking so much when we requested a second room key, and made us come to the ...
