The service and staff were great. I like the fact of indoor pool. The rooms could have been cleaner. The service in the Ground Round was very slow food came out cold and the wrong order, had to send back.

The hotel was conveinent to all the attractions of Mystic and so close to the Casinos.
The staff was extremely helpful with things to do during down times.
The playground and indoor pool were fun too and the Ground Round on property just an added bonus.
Property looks a bit old, clean but old. Staff told me they are in the midst of a major ...

For the price, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Close to everything in Mystic and the surrounding area. Staff was friendly and very available. Hotel restaurant and the seafood restaurant next door were very good.

This hotel is very nice for the money, however on our last visit we were first given a "smokers room" when we asked for non smoking and then given a room that had not been made up yet! Wrote to the manager and never even received a reply!
Nice place...understaffed for housekeeping.

We have been here twice in one year for quick get-a-ways with the kids. They love this place!! It isn't overly fancy so they feel comfortable, yet it has all that we need, a pool, playground, sauna, restaurant newspapers, etc. and it's close to everything. We love Mystic, CT and the Best Western Hotel. P.S.- the staff is great too!

This place was the pit! All you can hear is the highway which is 50 feet away from your room. The staff was a joke and the place is filthy. Never again will I stay here!

My husband and I took a 4 day trip to Mystic for our first wedding anniversary, and stayed at the Best Western. It is an older hotel, but a good value. I think that with a bit of investment this could be a wonderful place, but like a said, it was a good place for the price.

I liked the friendliness & the cleanliness. Of course, the location is also a big plus!

We liked everything about our stay including the Ground Round next door.
